Monday Junior training will continue for the first part of the school holidays. Apologies that no newsletter has been distributed to the athletes before holiday time.
Training sessions will be held up to and including 21st July and will recommence on 11th August for those keen enough to continue during the holiday.
The first session of the Regional Championships were on 3rd June, link to results
With the club experiencing an upsurge in interest, especially on the back of  the 2012 Olympics and looking forward to Commonwealth Games, coaching resources are coming under pressure. We would be happy to hear from anyone who would be willing to assist. Previous experience not necessary. Ask at any of the training sessions - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at David Keswick Centre 6-7.30pm

We now have a waiting list for younger athletes on a Monday - apply to admin@nithsdaleac.org.uk.

However there are still places available for athletes aged 12 or over to join in with Tuesay and Thursday sessions
